The honest terms.
When is the reward paid?
Within 7 days of the client's kickoff invoice being paid to Tech Minimaa. Enterprise tier is paid 50/50 — kickoff + completion.
How is it paid?
UPI, bank transfer, or a Razorpay payout link — whatever's easiest for you. We don't take TDS for amounts under ₹15,000.
What if the client doesn't sign?
No reward unless they sign — but no penalty either. Refer freely.
Can I refer my own company?
Yes, if you're an authorised decision-maker. Just declare it upfront so we don't double-count.
Is this a contract?
No contract — just our word. The program runs under our parent venture KETPY, and payouts are invoiced from Ketpy for transparency.
Can the program change?
Tiers can be revised quarterly. Any referral already submitted is honoured at the tier active when it was submitted.
