If the client cancels the project from their side during development, no refund will be provided for the advance amount.

Delays caused by incomplete information or late approvals from the client side are not the responsibility of Tech Minimaa.

• Ensure legal ownership of shared content.

8. Intellectual Property

Final project ownership will be transferred to the client only after full payment is completed.

Tech Minimaa is not responsible for downtime, data loss, or technical issues caused by third-party hosting providers, payment gateways, or external services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tech Minimaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or business losses arising from the use of our services or website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if the client violates policies, engages in illegal activities, or fails to complete payments.
